Hello All,

You don’t need to look so hard to see that we’ve stalled out again. Truth is that with our living in the Caribbean, our traveling and not owning a home here, there’s no time in the near future that we will be building and using an oven.  Oh but we are always on the look out for restaurants that have one that they feature and use.

At some point I’d love to build another one. I’ve had a few folks ask me if I could, but I simply didn’t have the circumstances or the time.

 

This website is here because I, like so many others, love to use wood ovens.  It’s obvious by the boom of oven manufacturers that I’m not in a small group!   That’s really cool!  I hope all of you that are reading this are able to find something helpful here. Please feel free to ask questions in the forum too.  I may not answer right away, but I’ll get to it.

And someday, I may even be able to pick up where I left off.  Happy firing!
